This policy, together with our Terms of Service, explain how TimeMoto.com may use information we collect about you, as well as your rights over any personal information we hold about you. We use the services of sub-processors to offer the TimeMoto platform to our customers. We have concluded a processor agreement with all these sub-processors. On the basis of the processor agreement, sub-processors may only use the personal data of the users of TimeMoto to provide services to us. They may not use this personal data for other purposes. Below is an overview of the sub-processors that we engage. This overview may change from time to time.

3. Protection of TimeMoto.com

Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in a way that is contrary to the commitments made in this Privacy Notice.
4. With your consent
